Workplace harassment can have serious consequences for employees, workplace culture, and overall organizational success. Recognizing inappropriate behavior and understanding how to respond are essential steps toward maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
This course introduces the different forms of workplace harassment commonly encountered in industrial settings, including verbal, physical, visual, cyber, sexual, discriminatory, and bullying behaviors. Participants will explore how harassment affects individuals and organizations while gaining an understanding of the responsibilities both employers and employees share in preventing and addressing inappropriate workplace conduct.
The course also highlights the importance of workplace policies, reporting procedures, and early intervention to help identify, report, and address harassment concerns before they escalate.
By the end of this course, participants will have a better understanding of workplace harassment, how to recognize unacceptable behavior, and the importance of following established reporting procedures to help promote a professional, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion documenting their participation in Workplace Harassment – Awareness and Prevention training.
