Workplace Harassment: Awareness and Prevention

From the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) guidance to OSHA’s General Duty Clause (29 USC 654 S5), workplace harassment is a known problem that comes with severe legal penalties – not to mention significant and often devastating workplace issues. In this comprehensive course on workplace harassment training, we delve into the many facets of this critical issue, including its definition, various forms, and impact on employees and the work environment.

This training will help to avoid reduced workplace productivity, increases in worker (and manager!) stress levels, problems with company morale, and legal consequences.
