Description
Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training
Supervisors play a critical role in maintaining a safe, productive, and drug-free workplace. This course provides practical guidance on recognizing signs of possible impairment, documenting objective observations, and responding appropriately when reasonable suspicion exists.

Knowing how to recognize and address these situations consistently and professionally helps protect employees while supporting compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
